Some of the leading equipment manufacturers, including General Electric, Caterpillar, and F.W. Murphy have M2M Enabled their products. This means that their equipment comes ready to work with M2M Data Corporation’s iServices™. In some cases additional communications hardware may have to be purchased, in other cases it’s included with the cost of the equipment.

Support Benefits
Some of our M2M Enabled partners are using iServices internally to improve their support function. Remote monitoring allows the equipment manufacturer to determine if a repair is covered by warranty or not. If it is, a warranty technician can be dispatched before the customer experiences any inconvenience. If it isn’t covered by warranty, the customer can be notified of the need for repair, before the problem gets more serious.
