Software Engineer

As a creative software professional, you will design and code new software and integrate the software into our existing systems. We will utilize your intense problem solving and troubleshooting skills as well your experience in developing secure, dynamic, database driven web applications to support and document existing software and develop software functions to further evolve and optimize our secure web applications. As a self-starter, you must also be able to accomplish goals and show solid understanding of an R&D environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience in the following areas:
             -Relational Databases (Microsoft SQL, mySQL)
             -T-SQL
             -ASP
             -ASP.NET
             -C#
             -JavaScript
             -VBScript
             -HTML
             -CSS
             -XML
  • Interface effectively with other departments, as necessary to implement updates and enhancements
  • Ability to accurately estimate time required to complete assignments and meet assigned deadlines
  • Software development including estimating, technical specifications, coding, source control and testing
  • Design and code functional routines and modules in accordance to a software engineering specification
  • Participate in design brainstorming sessions, technical design reviews, formal code reviews, bug triage and functional walkthroughs
  • Learn and utilize new technologies
